Amir Lerman (born March 1956) is a board-certified American cardiologist in Rochester, Minnesota. He is the Barbara Lips Professor of Medicine and a Consultant in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine at the Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Medicine.

Dr. Lerman is the Associate Chair of the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine and the Director of the Cardiovascular Research Center at the Mayo Clinic. He is also the Medical Director of the Chest Pain and Coronary Physiology Clinic. Dr. Lerman is the Medical Director of the Mayo-Israeli startup initiative and a member of the Merage Institute for Medical Innovation’s faculty.
Dr. Leman’s research interests include cardiac physiology and imaging, regenerative medicine, cutting-edge technology, and digital health. Over 630 manuscripts, book chapters, and reviews have been published by Dr. Lerman. His research is supported by the NIH, AHA, and multiple foundations.
